See More... I don’t think I’ve ever seen Rumer Willis look remotely attractive but this definitely is the bottom of the barrel. “Hot Garbage” is actually a more accurate description of this photo. Here’s Rumer trailer-parkin’ it after a night out in West Hollywood.
