It's been a busy week for the Material Girl, first she was inducted in to the rock-n-roll hall of fame, then accused of having her face lifted and now the Malawian Goverment has given her the go ahead for the adoption of cute little David Banda. Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie have had custody of of the two year old for over a year with an adoption pending. A source tells In Touch Weekly, "Madonna hid it well, but there was a part of her that was worried that the adoption wouldn't go through. She is beyond relieved that this ordeal is behind her and that David is now her son. This is the best Christmas gift she's ever received." I'm sure Madge was concerned considering she was accused by some human rights groups to have bent the adoption rules to take David to the UK from the African country and was originally granted temporary custody of the boy. She, however, denied the claim, insisted she's gone through the right procedures. Shady or not, I'm happy for the little boy and his new family.Love OhBlogIt? subscribe here
