Andre Birleanu wants out of his VH1 contract

Russian model and America’s Most Smartest Model contestant Andre Birleanu wants to wash his hands of VH1. He claims the network has damaged his reputation after they advised him not to respond to allegations that he molested two women at a nightclub in New York. Andre was arrested for the incident on October 25 and is now talking to the press. Page Six reports:

Is that legal? To tell him he can't respond to the allegations? Oh yeah, and in America, people are supposed to be "innocent until proven guilty" everyone is trashing him like he is guilty...wait until the trial results...

These people better leave Andre alone because them girls know that they wouldn't mind Andre touching on them anyways they jus thoght they could get some noey off dat. Andre is not guilty and these people will sit here talk about him and that pisses me off. Yeah Andre can be cocky but that's what makes him so sexy and unique. Back off haters. Cause my baby ain't malest no chicks.
