In the lawsuit, she says Moore “started off the debauchery” by plying her with six to eight alcoholic drinks. The suit alleges one of the owners suggest to Moore that Smith shouldn’t be in the club because of her age. The alleged response from Moore: “I don’t care. She’s hot.”

Assuming the girl in question isn’t lying, then logically, Moore’s statement makes perfect sense. Why should a simple state law restricting people that are under 21 from being served alcohol apply when the underage girl in front of you is very obviously hot (and sloshed)? In modern society, beauty always trumps common sense. No one will fault you for that. Especially when you have the opportunity to get laid. That might have sounded more serious than I meant it to be… Penis?
