Britney not “well enough” to be invited on American Idol

See More... Troubled singer Britney Spears has been told that she isn’t quite well enough to be a guest judge on American Idol. Even though one film director believes the Gimme More singer isn’t quite worthy of being a guest judge on the hit TV talent show, says Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe “I would have had Britney Spears last year when I thought she was trying to get it all back together again,” he says. “Britney, at this moment in time, I don’t think is well enough to do anything. I think she needs looking after. I think she needs to pull herself together,” he added. Lythgoe also added that Britney, who is currently embroiled in a bitter legal battle with former husband Kevin Federline, is an “exceptionally talented girl” but “needs taking care of right now.”
