See More... Ashley Tisdale made her first public appearance Friday night since undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure on Nov. 30. The High School Musical star performed at the Z100 Jingle Ball concert to benefit Autism Speaks at New York’s Madison Square Garden Friday, despite still having some pain and slight swelling from the surgery.

Tisdale reluctantly went under the knife to correct a severely deviated septum and have her twice fractured nasal bones (once from a car accident and once from getting hit in the face while dancing) realigned.

I think she still looks fabulous! I give her a lot of credit having this procedure done, it sounds like it was necessary. It must have been a little scary for her considering how much she’s in the spot light.

  • Ashley,don't let anyone tell you that ur not pretty with the nose job.I think you still r pretty,and people sometimes need a break.I mean she had a breathing promblem all her life.GOSH!

  • i am really disapointed

    i mean she was my idol. i liked her because of her nose. it was different and unique and i like the fact she didnt care wat others thought. obviously she did and i was wrong about her. really dissapointing 4 me 2 see her like this.
