"High School Musical" starlet Ashley Tisdale unveiled her new nose (upper, right photo) at the Z100 Jingle Bell Ball Concert at Madison Square Garden last night. Tisdale underwent the rhinoplasty procedure to correct a deviated septum. Do you know the struggle I just went through to not use quotation marks around "deviated septum"? Oops.
