Music/video producer and director Eric Wheelwright received some bitter sweet news a few weeks ago. While at his home in Michigan he received a call from good friend and TV producer Robert Rangle, who explained that the music video that Wheelwright produced for Antwaun Stanley’s song “Teach Me” was nominated for a 2008 Grammy under the category of “Best Video of the Year”. Rangle explained that while the video was initially listed with the nominations for 2008 it had to be pulled. The reason was that Antwaun Stanley’s CD “I Can Do Anything” which the song “Teach Me” appears on was released a few months past the cut off date to make the 2008 nominations.

Although Eric Wheelwright was unable to hold onto the Grammy nomination with his “Teach Me” video, he did receive a 2008 Stellar Music Award nomination for the same category, “Best Video of the Year”.
