Hair challenged Carmen Electra held a press conferencein Santiago de Chile, December 14th.
Why was Carman holding a press conference?
Who cares, we want to know what in the world is up with that hair!
What did her stylist cut her split ends off with, a hedge trimmer?
Photos like this make you think twice about getting your hair styled in a third world country.
I knew a girl who had a cousin who knew a girl that fell asleep in the chair of a beauty salon in a third world country and she woke up later and she had a mullet, true story.
My advice is to get your hair care done before traveling abroad, why take chances!
