The couple reached an agreement Friday on financial issues and have agreed to share custody of their daughters Taylor Ann, 17, and Hayley, 15, L.A.'s City News Service reports. The financial terms were undisclosed.
"David is pleased to have the matter behind him," Hasselhoff's lawyer, Melvin S. Goldsman, told the wire service. "He wants to move on with his life."
Bach's lawyers were unavailable for comment, but her former lawyer, Mark V. Kaplan, said he was "delighted" to hear of the resolution. "I'm glad for her, I'm glad for David and I'm glad for the kids that they all have this high-conflict matter behind them," he said.
In June, the former Baywatch actor was granted sole legal and primary physical custody of Taylor Ann and Hayley. Goldsman said improved relations between Hasselhoff and Bach led to the revised arrangement.
Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 44, married in 1989.
