It seems a religious fever has stricken the celeb world like a plague of, well...locusts? Gossip Boulevard tells us who's going all Biblical on us now:

After rumors of Britney Spears playing Virgin Mary, Lindsay Lohan’s jailbird dad is set to be the father of Jesus in a nativity play. Michael Lohan will star as Joseph in the one-off show in New York on Tuesday night.

A source said: “It’s an unusual role but he’s poking fun at himself. “It’s all very tongue in cheek.”

Former stockbroker Lohan, who served 25 months in jail for drunk driving and assault, was reunited with his actress daughter earlier this year while she was in rehab. Lindsay’s dad says he found God while behind bars. For once that he is setting a good example…
