Lily Allen is Pregnant!

Lily Allen announced today that she is “thrilled” to be pregnant with her first child. The Smile singer recently discovered that she and her boyfriend Ed Simons, of The Chemical Brothers, were expecting a baby, and revealed the news to her close family.

Her spokesman said today: “I am pleased to confirm that Lily and Ed are expecting their first baby. “The health of Lily and her child is their paramount concern. As the pregnancy is at such an early stage the couple will be making no further comment, but they are obviously thrilled by the news.” Allen recently started taking her health seriously, shedding pounds after being diagnosed with a heart murmur.

The 22-year-old was pictured two weeks ago puffing on a cigarette, but her spokesperson insists she wasn’t aware she was pregnant at the time.
