The release of Tom Cruise upcoming movie, Valkyrie is pushed back.

United Artists and MGM have pushed back the release of Tom Cruise’s “Valkyrie” from the 4th of July holiday frame to Oct. 3, 2008. United Artists, which Cruise co-owns, is blaming “production delays.”

In Valkyrie, Cruise plays a German officer who is part of a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler during WW2.

The last time Cruise acted in a great movie was Steven Spielberg’s War Of The World. But both of them have vowed not to work together again.

Valkyrie. Smell another stinker like Lion For Lamb?
