Simon Cowell has just finished X-Factor, the British version of American Idol, and has taken off with his girlfriend on a winter vacation.

The 48-year-old Cowell jumped on a plane to Barbados with his girlfriend Terri Seymour. This year, he looks a heck of a lot better than he did at this time last year. Gone were the man-boobs and paunch he had last year on his annual Christmas jaunt to the island.

I am sure Ryan Seacrest will find him even more attractive on this
