Jamie Lynn Spears clueless parents think so highly of her 19-year-old boyfriend Casey Aldridge. Even after finding out he is the dude that knocked up their 16 year old daughter. Wait. She’s 16? He’s 19? Interesting. Her parents think he is so good for Jamie Lynn and credits him in having the ability to take care of her.

“He took amazing care of Jamie Lynn,” a source close to the family tells PEOPLE. “Anything ever went wrong, he always comforted her. He took care of her.”

Yes, amazing care. It’s good to have parents focusing on the important details of their child’s bastard pregnancy like how well the boyfriend comforts her.
