Mischa Barton BUSTED FOR DUI! MUGSHOT ! STILL in Custody!

Former O.C. star Mischa Barton has reportedly been BUSTED FOR DUI with her mugshot above and is STILL in police custody!

Mischa Barton joins the list of Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Nicole Ritchie of young Hollywood to earn DUI busts in 2007, but Barton’s mug is just a bit worse.

Barton reportedly was at arrested at 2:46 a.m. on December 27 for “driving under the influence, driving without a valid license and possession of prescription medication without a prescription” ironically in the same area of Paris Hilton’s previous arrest, West Hollywood.
