Mischa Barton was briefly jailed after being arrested on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence) and driving without a licence.
The ‘St Trinian’s’ actress was pulled over while driving her white Range Rover in West Hollywood at around 3 am yesterday, December 27th, after police saw her straddling two lanes and failing to signal when making turns.
The star was also held on suspicion of possessing marijuana and an unidentified controlled substance in an unmarked pill bottle.
Mischa was held behind bars for seven hours before being released on $10,000 dollars bail.
She was picked up by her mother in a black Mercedes.

The former ‘O. C.’ star will portray Russian teenager Lana in ‘Finding t.A.T.u’ about two girls who fall in love at a t.A.T.u concert.
The film, based on a novel, tells the story of “Two teenage girls, Janie who is American and Lana who is Russian, fall in love after meeting at a t.A.T.u concert.”
I would love to see the old pretty Mischa in a steamy lesbian scene with a sexy Russian girl, but not this hot mess Mischa!
