Kristin Bell spent New Years South Beach, Miami with new boyfriend Dax Shepherd. You might remember Dax as that dude from MTV’s Punk’d, but it’s more likely that you’ll remember him as Kate Hudson’s ex-boyfriend.

I honestly cannot understand how a plain-looking, C-list dude hooks up with hot broads. I don’t get it.
