HOLLYWOOD star Meg Ryan, 45, is getting up close and personal with Friends' actor Matthew Perry, pals say. And Matthew, 37, has even asked his old co-star Courteney Cox for advice on befriending Meg's adopted daughter, Daisy, and son Jack. "Matthew usually doesn't seek anyone's advice," a source told us. "So they can tell he cares about Meg."

A pal of Meg's added: "She's putting her life in place and adopting Daisy was a big step, but she would love to share her life with someone special."
