why would you subject your children to reality show. They have enough headaches and adjustment they need to make with the divorce. Think about the kids. I myself is a single parent and understand that one needs to work. Think before ;you do concerning with your children.

Why does everyone seem to forget how she betrayed Heather Locklear? If your a so-called BFF you do that!! This may be her Karma because now everyone will see what a pompus ass she really is :)I think the show will get more negative attention than she is anticipating.

If you are no longer married you should try and get along for the kids , the 2 of them are going to be in each others life 4/ever so they should start now and try and agree and get along so they need to set down go back over this whole thing and try to see what they can agree on for the kids they don't need to see or feel any bad vibs. from all of this.

Charlie shouldn't have been out whoring around. How disrespectful to his marriage, his wife, and his little girls whom he claims "to love so much". Courting prostitutes...what a PIG. He deserves whatever he gets. And...Heather and Richie were long separated. Did it lack class? Yes...she was spinning from what she went through in her own marriage. But she didn't break anyone up. Charlie is such a sleaze. She could have done much better, but then again, she is about as talentless as he is. Reality show must be a last ditch effort for her until her looks fade, which won't be long now. Charlie had a long term relationship with a porn star and Denise hooked up with that aging rocker Richie Sambora after he ditched his gorgeous wife Heather Locklear. I could go on, but why bother???

Don't condone what Charlie did during their marriage, but Denise is WRONG on this one. She is asking the court to "revoke Charlie's rights as a Father for this occasion" so she can put her kids on the reality show without his permission, Sorry but those children don't deserver to be used like this by her. Or will they become like so many other screwed up hollywood kids???? and be used by their parents.

I'm not sure what her issues are with him, but often when I guy is insensitive to the needs of his kids or his responsibility to them during a relationship, then objects to something his wife is doing with the kids, it's clearly out of character for him to show that concern. And it's just a way for him to cause trouble and get back at the ex.

No one watched her other show, so I wouldn't worry about the kids being exposed to too much scrutiny via her self-serving attempt to pimp them out. There was a time when people protected their kids from negtive attention (like the kind brought about by the details of the Sheen-Richards family dynamics) Why can't she just work and let the kids have a chldhood free from this intursion? Oh, perhaps this is the only work this no-talent Barbie can get.

Everybody needs to shut up about who is the better parent and who caused the divorce and just look at the fact that these kids do not need to be involved in a reality show. They have been through enough, now they will be more in the publics eye. This is bad parenting on Denise Richards to not think about the kids, but herself!

Is it really about anything other than money and control? She stands to earn money, he wants control. Hmmm...If I was the judge, maybe I would rule she gets to do it if she shares the money 50-50 with Charlie. That way, she has to share (just like sharing the kids) and he has to let go of control (he doesn't get to prevent her from doing it.)

I love Charlie Sheen. His show "Two and a Half Men" is a real hit. Denise Richards needs to slink back into the snake hole she crawled out of. She can never hold a candle to Charlie. She is U G L Y. Beauty is skin deep, but ugly is to the bone!

Why woul you want to put your 3 and 2 year old on camera on a daily basis or weekly basis. I am sure lots of stupid things will go on and the kids won't have any privacy. That isn't right. denise seems desperate for attention. I personally think Sheen is a prick, and I am more than sure his refusal to allow her to use the kids is more likely to do with a power trip than genuine parental concern, but nontheless, a judge in his right mind wouldn't allow it.

I agree...I think it's inappropriate for their kids to be included. I mean there is enough with Paparazzi's showing up at schools and hounding celebs with their kids should be a red flag. I don't care who Charlie Sheen is or what he's done or hasn't but he's right on this one!

Denise...poor her. Maybe due to the fact that there is no available projects lined up for her, so she grabbed on this one. I don't think that it is right that she includes her kids on that reality show. Not a good thing for her to do.
