See More... The Heath Ledger autopsy is “inconclusive”. Additional tests and more time will be needed.

“The autopsy was inconclusive,” New York City Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove tells PEOPLE. “We have to do further testing including toxicology and tissue testing. Neither cause of death or manner of death has been concluded. We expect additional results in 10 days to two weeks.”

It has been confirmed that Heath did have pneumonia at the time of his death. More at Backseat Cuddler.

guys, there are little kids dying of starvation everyday....although this is sad, lets not morn for a selfish idiot who takes drugs and leaves his daughter to grow up without a dad.
focus some of that passionate energy you guys all seem to obtain, and apply it to something that really is sad....little children dying, or some billionaire having a good time...your right...its a tough one

how selfish it is us to belttle some on ewe dont know or dont understand. Hell we dont even know exactly what happened.. And how dare we as humans compare life to others. This has nothing to do with children starving some where... OH WAIT , thats right its not one of you family members.... regardless if he was a millionare or the next bum under the bridge... every man should be shown respect... regardless. i dont understand how people show much disrepect towards him. yeah he was rich but he still has a family and a kid and i know if you were to die you wouldnt want people to disrespect you when your dead so you should show him respect. Everyone should be respected no matter who you are. I agree with everything hengyong is saying. this is really sad. he will be missed. my heart and prayers go to his family. RIP.
