An interesting new twist in the Heath Ledger case. Although his autopsy was inconclusive, there was a rolled up $20 bill found on the scene. Bills are usually rolled up that way to snort coke with. However the bill tested clean - no drug residue. Further more there were no illegal drugs found on the premises. So what was that rolled up $20 doing there?
