Can we trust that the psychiatrists are really helping Britney?

I Like It I Don't Like It
I read now at least 50 articles all stating that Britney's stay is being prolonged to 14 days. Why is that? Because the psychiatrists want to help Britney? Is that the true reason?

I'm sorry to have to disapoint you but do you know what the psychiatrist are doing? Are you aware of their so called "tools" to make a person sane and have you ever seen a person that was fully heald by a psychiatrist?

Look you have to find out for yourself so check out the video clip on this link. It is quite an eye opener and it is stating the truth about what psychiatrist actually do and what they are:

Who am I to say believe me. I'm not asking you to believe what I'm saying. I'm asking y ou to believe that video as it is spoken by psychiatrists themselves. Scary but true!

I hope someone is getting her out of that place and fast. Otherwise I don't think we will ever see the Britney we once knew. I added some nice pictures of the time when she was happy. Remember that well as I doubt after psychiatry treatment she will ever look like that and feel like that again.

Check out that video.

  • I understand not wanting to trust doctors. I'm sure they're going to try to get as much money as they can. I do worry a little about Brit's mental state.
She seems as though she definitely has postpartem. I'm not going to pretend to be an expert but my sister had two boys and something definitely changed. She takes anti-depressants and has finally admitted that her drinking problem was serious. Her boys are adults now but she is just beginning to get a normal life again.

  • Yeah i believe she has postpartem too. It is really hard to just all of a sudden have two childern back to back. But i beleive there is a lake of well being there. She is a smart girl she should be able to make good choices. I had my 1st daughter at 18 and my seacond at 23 Brittney can get through this she just needs good people around her. I am hopeing she will come around.

  • There are the good and the bad. But Psychiatry is not all wrong ! Medical experts are still unable to understand the complexity of the brain. There is NO doubt that mental illness exists and is alleviated by medicines provided by Psychiatrists. Otherwise, there would be a lot more sick people walking our streets. Remember, our population grows daily, as too does illness, whether cancer, mental illness etc. I am a firm believer in Psychiatry, there is nothing to fear except the skeptics who put fear into us. Otherwise a very interesting article.

  • I dont even need to watch the vid.;although I did...I have several psychiatrists in my family ... I know psychiatry is not equipped to solve the underlying problem efficiently ;and, will be too quick to get her reliant on prescription drugs...however, it may temporarily save her life until she can figure out how to heal herself; perhaps, more holistically ...

  • First of all let me start by saying awesome story and video. The video that I have just seen really makes me ill thinking about it. I always hear people talk so highly of those kinds of doctors. My sister has depression and is currently on medication. Just kind of makes me think now. I understand that these doctors are trying to help her, but if they are suppossed to diagnos someone properly then why do I keep hearing stories on the new about all the different "diseases" she has. No one can point the blame at anyone else besides at Britney. Her actions caused her to act the way she is. It is her fault her kids were taken away from her. I just hope she gets the help she needs and starts taking better care of herself. I think all she really needs besides doctors is that love and support of her family.

  • well, I think it's always good to be skeptical but I've had friends and family put on psychiatric holds, and have a great deal of familiarity with mental health systems, and that video (which was not from an unbiased source) is not entirely accurate. we don't know her exact diagnosis, we don't know exactly what her treatment plan is - nor is it our business. there is so much media speculation about her condition that I can see where it gets confusing for readers.

  • Great article, I personally do not believe in psychiatrist at all except that they really know how to destroy people. So definitely Britney would be doing better not being under theis control. Hope she makes it out of there.

  • A lot of mental problems stem from a chemical imbalance in the brain, which can be corrected with anti depressant drugs or in extreme cases electric shock treatment to the brain !

  • Nice article. And as for Britney, she really needs help. Maybe that's the last option they can think of, for now. I just hope she gets better.

  • Prozac, the bestselling antidepressant taken by
40 million people worldwide, does not work and nor do
similar drugs in the same class,
according to a major review released Feb. 26th,
The UK Guardian's health editor Sarah Boseley
    reports on guardian.co.uk.
    .
She is on too many legal drugs
    and also needs professional help,
    not more drugs.

  • Have you ever known someone with a severe psychiatric disorder ? Well I have, and without their medication they are a danger to themselves and others. It's not the answer to every mental illness, but certainly helps people get through them by minimising their symptoms while getting well through therapy. We are still learning about mental illness and while there is no cure, we must rely on something to alleviate peoples problems.

  • This video proves nothing. Of course psychiatry isn't a 'pure' science. It deals with emotions! There is nothing clear-cut when it comes to emotions. The video portrays people whose lives have been 'ruined' by prescription drugs, but I'm sure there life wasn't peaches before they went for help. Some people need help and they'll get it from religion, psychologist, friends or anywhere they can. At least psychologists have been to medical school and have a more informed opinion than any one else they might otherwise turn to. Some people legitimately need these prescription drugs, others are just looking for a blanket 'cure-all' because their emotions are hopelessly messed up. People with problems need to work to solve it either way, instead of thinking that a pill or anything else will solve the answer immediately. But isn't that the American way it seems? Just take the easy answer, pop a pill, and it's all better. It's a problem with culture and individuals, it's not the psychiatrist's faults.
