Joss Stone was at an event for the U.S. National Heart, Lung, and Blood Instute and this twit was asked what she's doing to protect her heart. She said, "In England we smoke rolled cigarettes. It's better to smoke rollies than straights because straights have chemicals that keep them burning. So if you have to really smoke, smoke rollies." Actually it's not. A 2006 study claims rollies are more likely to cause lung cancer than regular ciggies.

Joss isn't smoking ciggie rollies, she's smoking
