A very, very pregnant Jennifer Lopez makes an appearance at the Marchesa Fall/Winter 2008 Fashion Show at Bryant Park during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City on Wednesday.

My goodness would you look at those shoes! Those things would kill me when not pregnant, I can’t imagine how her feet must feel. She doesn’t look that big, does she?

Yesterday, J.Lo’s father confirmed that she’s having twins, but we already knew that.
