Jesse Metcalfe Gets in Fistfight with Taryn Manning's Boyfriend

At around 10 p.m. Metcalfe approached Manning and her boyfriend outside the club. Manning and Metcalfe are pals, a source says, but Manning's beau didn't know that.

Metcalfe and the boyfriend exchanged words. The boyfriend then said, "Hey, buddy," and tapped Metcalfe on the face.

Metcalfe then punched him back. The boyfriend punched Metcalfe in the face and knocked him to the ground.

But the scuffle didn't dampen Metcalfe's clubbing.

After midnight, Metcalfe and his pals went inside the club for Nicole Khristine's jewelry party.

A few minutes later, Manning and her boyfriend arrived. Despite photos documenting the brawl, Manning denied a fight. "It wasn't us," Manning told Usmagazine.com. Added the boyfriend, "Must have been someone else" and walked off.

Moments later, after Metcalfe spotted Manning, he came flying at the boyfriend, putting him in a choke hold.

Metcalfe seemed intoxicated.

As the punching and yelling continued — Metcalfe kept Manning's boyfriend in a chokehold — Manning tried to run to the side of the club. (In the midst ofthe scuttle, Manning's boyfriend's shoe flew off.)

Fellow clubgoer Jenna Dewan flipped out when she saw the fight. Her boyfriend, Channing Tatum, ran to her side to protect from the fight.

Security guards and a few of Jesse's friends then intervened, prying the two apart. Metcalfe was then ejected from the club.

After being tossed out, Usmagazine.com asked Metcalfe about the fight.

"What are you talking about? A fight? No," he replied.

Later, he was overheard telling friends, "I feel better now .... it's nice to know you can get into a fight in L.A. and get away with it."
