Paris Hilton Pictures: What Happened to Paris Hilton’s Publicist?
Meet Elliot Mintz, better known as Paris Hilton’s publicist. Aparrently he’s too busy apologizing for her slutty & abhorrent behavior, to look in the mirror. This is what Mintz looked like when he arrived to Paris Hilton’s Birthday Bash last night at Area in L.A.

Are there any words for this look? Chemical peel gone bad? Mystic Tan overload? Faced washed with Doritos fingers? I don’t get it..someone please explain. Why did Paris Hilton’s publicist think it was
