Britney's little sister Jamie-Lynn's fledgling career may have stalled since the news of her pregnancy broke, but there's another mini-starlet waiting in the wings who seems more than ready for the spotlight. Lindsay Lohan's 14-year-old sister, Ali, is reportedly up for a part in High School Musical 3, opposite teen hunk Zac Efron.
