Speaking of Paris Hilton, it appears that she’s managed to get herself in trouble again.

How you ask? Just being her stupid self.

Paris went on the Ellen DeGeneres show earlier this week and proudly announced that she owns 17 dogs… yes, 17 of those little accessories.
