The Premier League's Michael Chopra, 24, and his wife, Heather Swan, 25, are new parents after welcoming son Sebastian Rocco Thomas Chopra on Friday, February 15th. He weighed in at 6 lbs, 10 oz and was born at 4:30 pm. In a statement, Michael said,
