Actor Dennis Quaid, 53, and his wife Kimberly Buffington Quaid were spotted out walking in the West Village of NYC with their twins Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone, 3 months, on Monday afternoon. Dennis recently told the press that the twins are now 'doing fantastic' after their medical mishap.
