See More... 16-year old American Idol contestant David Archuleta said that the doubted his talent, but feel free to join me in calling his bluff. The kid has been a pro for years. He actually performed on the Jenny Jones show in his even younger years. Jennifer Hudson can eat her heart out because the kid belted out an impressive version of ‘And I Am Telling You’. And that’s not all, there’s even a chance that he may have had a record deal some time in his young life. But for the record, FOX says that contestants cannot currently have a management or recording contract so past contracts don’t really count.
