According to press reports, “The younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick was pulled over last night for speeding by cops in Kimble County, Texas.”
Upon being pulled over, Carter’s vehicle was searched by the troopers, who, soon enough, found the drugs stashed away inside.
The 20-year-old former flame of Hilary Duff was being held overnight in jail and is due to be arraigned in front of a judge on Friday (February 22).
