In response to false reports that Katherine Heigl was not going to be coming back to "Grey's Anatomy" for a continued season, both Heigl and ABC have released statements that definitively confirm that she has no interest in leaving the hit medical drama.

"I am embarrassed that this has become a public matter and disappointed that Touchstone felt it necessary to divulge private employment information," Heigl said in a statement. "I had hoped I would be able to deal with this issue
