First off I must mention that neither Kardashian or Duff, are the Kardashian or Duff that you were hoping for. I know what you're thinking....theres more than one?  Unfortunately.

Kloe Kardashina snubbed (in my opinion) pal Haylie Duff with a lame Chanel Clutch for her 23rd Birthday. You own a fashion boutique (Dash in Calabasas, CA) and really, thats the best you can do???  Anywho...Happy Bday Haylie!
