American Idol 7 Results Results For Top 12 Finalists

I'm not sure what was worse, having the American Idol contestants open with some high school type performance or having to watch Blake Lewis perform his new song. They just exchanged one bad thing to another for results week. Yuck. There were moments when I actually enjoyed watching Blake perform last season, but I guess those days are long gone now because his new music isn't very good.

The top 12 Finalists are as follows:

So that means I had 3 out of 4 right in my predictions. Those given the boot were:

Kady Malloy - The Britney impersonator who actually showed off her cleavage tonight...maybe we may see more of her in the future because of that. Fingers crossed for a sex tape or some type of scandal...
Luke Menard - Even though he sucked, I am sorry to see him go. He was so easy on the eyes. Paula made me laugh - she was so goofy trying to support him and danced to his song. Gotta love Paula for being so supportive to the contestants.
Asia'h Epperson - I was really sad to see her go instead of Kristy Lee Cook who should've got the boot for butchering Journey, but Asia'h picked a terrible song this week. Too bad eh? Contestants should learn not to do Whitney, Celine, or Christina type songs because they've been overplayed and everyone is so darn tired of hearing them already and especially do not want to hear someone do a half-assed job at it.
Danny Noriega - Even though I thought his performances on the show were horrendous, he was interesting. I was rooting for him despite predicting he'd get the boot. Some may say that he was booted because America isn't ready for "Gay Idol" as I believe he was the first contestant that was openly gay on the show, but I really think it was his poor stage performances.
