This will be the third child for their family - Luciana has a 9-year-old daughter, Alexia, from a previous relationship and the couple also have a daughter Isabella, who will turn two in June.
Luciana, 32, was sporting a noticeable baby bump as she stepped out with the 37-year-old star, Matt Damon for the Empire Film Awards in London Sunday.
The couple reportedly revealed the pregnancy to guests at the event, before their rep confirmed it to People magazine.
