See More... Shia LaBeouf's attorney appeared in a Burbank, CA court this morning to enter a plea of not guilty to a charge of unlawful smoking on the actor's behalf.

An arrest warrant was issued for the actor Tuesday after he failed to show up to a scheduled court appearance concerning the charge stemming from a February 18 incident in Burbank.

In court on Wednesday, an arraignment and pre-trial hearing was set for April 24.

The 21-year-old was arrested for trespassing in a Chicago pharmacy back in November. That charge was later dropped.
