People magazine reported the couple's engagement on its Web site this afternoon, and Barker will announce it to listeners of Birmingham talk-radio station WJOX-FM Tuesday morning, the station's program director said.
"He's going to be talking about it in the morning for sure," WJOX's Ryan Haney said today.Efforts to reach Barker for comment were unsuccessful.
