The Bon Jovi guitarist was detained by local police around 11 p.m. after he was pulled over for driving a Hummer erratically, TMZ says. He failed multiple filed sobriety tests, according to the site.
The 48-year-old — who split with split with Denise Richards last year — entered rehab, reportedly for alcoholism, last June. His divorce from Heather Locklear was finalized in April 2007.
