Kate Moss Engaged to Jamie Hince?!

The Kills star proposed while the couple was enjoying a romantic break in Amsterdam, Holland, reports British newspaper The Sun. The publication reports that the catwalk beauty emerged from a cafe in the city and told a group of admirers of her wedding plans.

A source tells the newspaper, “The pair were in a bar looking very loved up. She came out giggling and seemed a bit tipsy. “Lots of fans were taking her picture on their mobile phones. She told them, ‘I’m getting married.’ “One girl asked her when, and she said, ‘Soon.’”

The pair has been dating since last summer, shortly after Moss split from Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty. A spokesman for Moss refused to confirm or deny the reports.

If her rep did not deny it, then I suppose it is true. That's just how it works, if it's a rumor, the rep defends the client, if it's true, they say, 'no comment'!
