What do you do if you are the younger, plainer looking sister of a reasonably major star, who has enjoyed all the trappings of celebrity, including the downs and is trying to regather waht she once had?

Well, if you are Ali Lohan, the 14 year old sister of Lindsay, you resort to cosmetic surgery.

The picture on the left is of Ali at age 12. I know, the same old denials will be trotted out that she is still developing and that her changed appearance has everything to do with maturing and nothing to do with surgery. That is the same old crap that Michael Jackson peddled for years and everyone knows what a reliable and stable entity that thing is.

So lets label the things that look different on Ali.

Her lips appear plumped with collagen
Her freckles appear bleached away
Contact lenses to turn her brown eyes blue
nose sculpting

So what does all this work leave you with?

Personally I think Ali is far from Lindsay. Lindsay shinned since she was a little girl. Don't get me wrong I don't think Lindsay is all that but I really see nothing special in this one. Ali does not have the personality or looks. Just from the previous of their new show on E! I really dislike her. I don't predict the future but I would say rehab in the next couple of years, a breast augmentation and life long trauma of not living up to her sister.

ok ali died her hair, which made her face look longer, and she is wearing makeup, which makes the eyes lok biger and the nose smaller, she is becoming a teen give her a break!

AND asked if she got a nose job? no. you are indeed retarded. she is a whole different person from lindsay. what happened with lindsay was with lindsay. ali is on her on. she 14/15..young and has to put up with this .. your just prob jealous cuz her nose is better than yours and is preetier than YOUR 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER......
