Jared Padalecki stars in the series Supernatural.

In a stretch of a segue, the young actor must be feeling simply super these days, as he and longtime girlfriend Sandra McCoy are officially engaged.

Padalecki confirmed the news at the Supernatural L.A. Convention over the weekend. They met on the set of the 2005 horror movie Cry Wolf, while Padalecki currently appears in Never Back Down.

We wish you nothing but happiness, Jared Padalecki and Sandra McCoy.

I think that is so cool, they seem great together. She is so pete and seemed so nice when she spoke at the convention. And well Jared is so friendly and loves to laugh. Congrats to those two.
