After public friction between Weiland and the rest of the band put the hard rock outfit’s future in doubt last week, the remaining members of the band gave its singer the old heave-ho.
“This band is all about its fans and its music and Scott Weiland isn’t 100 percent committed to either,” guitarist Slash said in a statement.
