Jay Z Pictures: Beyonce and Jay-Z get marriage license

Beyonce and Jay-Z picked up their marriage license in Scarsdale, NY - which is where I happen to live. I have a friend that works at the courthouse and she confirmed that the pair did come in for their license as advertised. We don’t get much in the way of paparazzi around here, but we are only 30 minutes north of New York City.

“It was just the two of them,” an eyewitness tells People. “They were very polite and smiling as they filled out the paperwork. They were holding hands for a while. They looked really happy.”

These two have been rumored to have been married so many times it’s crazy. I forget the exact rules, but I think the license is only valid for a few months before it has to be returned whether the couple ties the knot or not. That wedding will be a sight to see. Wonder if Beyonce’s mom is gonna make her dress?
