Lindsay Lohan Getting Sued

David Kim filed a complaint in a Los Angeles court yesterday, claiming fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of oral contract and a ton of state labor code violations. He only worked for Lohan for five months, and says he's owed over $55,000. Ouch. Did she EVER
