I really don't know what Clay Aiken's doing, but here are a few possibilities...He's showing off what appears to be pink eyeshadow on her eyelids, He just sat on Ryan Seacrest's lap and got a little more than she hoped for, He's dressed as Hillary Clinton and about to give Bill a "Monica Lewinsky"....or maybe this is just a photo of a fat lady singing.
