See More... The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, or ASCAP held their 25th Annual Pop Music Awards last night at Hollywood’s Kodak Theater and the rock stars were seemingly coming out of the woodwork.

Black Eyed Pea-turned-solo-sensation Fergie showed up to collect her Song of the Year award (for Big Girls Don’t Cry), an honor she shared with Gwen Stefani and her hit The Sweet Escape.

And Fergie-Ferg looked glamorous in a blue and white printed halter-style dress, along with a prom-style updo.

Also in the house was Justin Timberlake, who picked up awards for his songs “My Love” and “Until the End of Time.” And he kept things conservative with a grey suit/white shirt combo.

Finally, music legend Lionel Richie was escorted to the ASCAP gig by none other than his daughter Nicole.  The “Dancing on the Ceiling” singer picked up the Golden Note Award for his longevity in the industry.

Lionel rocked the classic black suit getup, while new mommy Nicole opted for a free-flowing dress with a sparkly silver top.
