See More... Robert Van Winkle, better known as Vanilla Ice, was arrested last night at his home stemming from a domestic dispute complaint.

The 40-year-old, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, was arrested for domestic battery after his wife Laura Van Winkle made an emergency call to police claiming that he was hitting and kicking her.

When police arrived at the couple’s South Florida home Laura reportedly said: “He started yelling at me for going out to buy a bedroom set in front of my daughter.

We all know that Vanilla Ice is a hard core rapper and rocker, but there is no need to go hitting your wife. Winkle says his wife is bipolar and is a loon, but this is the second domestic abuse call he has been involved in. For those that watched him on the Surreal Life know he has a bit of an anger management problem so this being true wouldn’t be a total shocker. I bet she was doing a little Ice, Ice Baby on her PS3 Karaoke game and that just set him off!
