Pictures: Beauty Queen Wants Her Crown Back
Christina Silva, shown above, filed suit against the Miss California USA pageant which may jeopardize the tle of the present Miss California, Raquel Beezley, shown below. Christina Silva was crowned in November and was stripped of her tle only four days later after a tabulating mistake was discovered. Silva filed suit in L.A. Superior Court alleging negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, false advertising and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Raquel Beezley will represent California in the Miss USA pageant, which is to be held tonight in Las Vegas.
